PETIT VERDOT GRAPES

Petit Verdot with structure, intensity, and age worthy character.

Our Petit Verdot flourishes in Eastern Washington’s Rattlesnake Hills AVA in the heart of the acclaimed Yakima Valley AVA.

Award‑winning grapes you can trust.

Wines made from Diamondback Ridge grapes have won top honors from:

Terroir that supports bold reds

The Entav 400 clone block was planted in 2015 on 1.7 acres at Diamondback Ridge Vineyard. The vines rest on gravelly, well-drained silt-loam over basalt.

We hand-tend canopies and use sustainable soil-and-water practices to secure even ripening, building deep violet color, firm tannins, and dark-cherry aromatics while preserving bright freshness.

“We’ve produced several award-winning wines from their grapes.”

Their prices are very reasonable compared to bigger name vineyards, yet the farming practices and fruit quality are absolutely on par with the best in the state. You get premium fruit without the premium price tag.
